Northeast and Central Wisconsin ATV-UTV Association

Welcome to NECW ATV/UTV Association, established in 2019 for a growing need to help local Waupaca County municipalities understand and pass common sense road route ordinances based on Wisconsin state law, this would then expand into surrounding counties and municipalities that would inquire about help in their area with road routes. While road route ordinances are winding down to a finish we have also now earlier this year (2025) been working with County and State leaders on trail access that is altogether new for our area and will hopefully lead to future trail branches to expand upon.
