ONEIDA COUNTY - Last year, Wisconsin had 22 reported deaths involving recreational off-highway vehicles, often referred to as ATVs or UTVs. The Oneida County Sheriff's office says 18 of them likely involved alcohol.
Nearly 98% of the Oneida County roads are currently open for ATV/UTV use. Oneida County Deputy Sheriff Brian Keller says that's one of the main reasons they've noticed an increase in drunk riding.
